Our experience

Lots of Coca-Cola decorations. Also a jukebox and a dance floor. The music was a bit loud for my taste. A good place for kids. A fairly large menu. Ann had clam chowder and a shrimp salad. I had a Rueben and fries. Both meals were good and the service likewise.

Our experience

A simple place that was quite busy with the locals on the weekday we were there. I had a very tasty grilled chicken sandwich. Ann had broiled scallops with sides of fried okra and pickled beets. Both were excellent meals for the money. A favorite lunch spot of ours.

Our experience

A restaurant with a German theme, the menu offers many traditional Bavarian dishes. They brew their own beer (and root beer). Ann had a frittata and I had the Vegetable Napoleon. A frittata is a dish some describe as an Italian omelette - vegetables cooked in eggs with a tomato sauce with crab meat in it. The Vegetable Napoleon is roasted seasoned vegetables layered with Puff pastry and topped with mushroom gravy. The meals were tasty, the service was fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The Weeping Radish is a nice change of pace.
